Ayam Kecap is chicken in sweet soy sauce. Despite the very simple preparation of this dish in which the fried chicken is mixed with the slightly reduced soy spice sauce, you can also get the individual taste of Indonesian cuisine in your living room. The aromatic spice sauce wraps itself around the tender chicken as a sweet, shimmering shell when it is cooked. In combination with cooked jasmine rice you get such an exotic dish for the whole family.
