Satay is the name given to the small pieces of meat lined up on wooden skewers that are later cooked crispy on a (charcoal) grill. A spicy peanut sauce is served with it.

Satay can be served either as finger food or in the appropriate amount as a main course.

Ingredients:

300g chicken breast fillet
1 Glas RINDU NUSANTARA SATAY Gewürzmischung
12 pcs. Wooden skewers

Preparation:

1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into 2cm cubes
2. Place the chicken cubes on the kebab skewers
3. Die RINDU NUSANTARA Gewürzmischung in eine Pfanne geben & mit 70ml Wasser mischen
4. Let the mixture simmer while stirring occasionally
5. When the sauce is thick, turn the stove down to the lowest setting
6. Fry the skewers on a grill or in a pan until crispy
7. Serve the satay skewers on a plate and pour the sauce over them
