Rendang is an Indonesian curry-like dish. Beyond the Indonesian border, Rendang has already established itself in other countries such as Malaysia, Singapore or the former Indonesian colonial power, the Netherlands. In order to achieve the intense aroma of the Rendang spice sauce, more than 12 different ingredients and spices are required. The fact that rendang is a special dish is probably also confirmed by a survey by CNN International, in which rendang was voted the tastiest dish in the world in 2011.

Ingredients:
650g beef goulash
125ml coconut milk
20g desiccated coconut
1 Glas RINDU NUSANTARA BEEF RENDANG Gewürzsoße
Preparation:
1. Briefly fry the beef goulash in oil
2. RINDU NUSANTARA BEEF RENDANG Gewürzsoße hinzugeben & unter gelegendlichem
stir fry for another 3 minutes
3. Add coconut milk and desiccated coconut and simmer on medium heat for about 40 minutes
4. Serve with jasmine rice
