Serundeng Kacang is a side dish or snack made from Balinese nuts, desiccated coconut and some spices. This side dish can be combined with almost all Indonesian dishes. Serundeng kacang is an important part of the national dish "Nasi Campur" (rice mixed with different main dishes). The coconut / nut mix is also ideal as a snack between meals.
